    It is my firm belief that we are all here to help each other through life in whatever way we can, learning lessons along the way.
    Having worked in broadcasting for many years, I decided that I also wanted to train as a therapist in order to help people along their path in life. I was brought up in a household where healing, hypnotherapy and bach remedies were used regularly, so I guess it was inevitable!

    I trained in Morrell Reflexology in South Wales, in 2000 and successfully passed the rigorous exams set by the Reflexologists Society the following year. The Society has now merged with the Association of Reflexologists, of which I am a full member.
    Morrell Reflexology is a particularly gentle therapy, working with the energy field in addition to physical reflex points on the feet.
    It was a natural progression for me to study Reiki in 2004; a beautifully simple, subtle, yet powerful form of healing, which never ceases to amaze me and my clients. It has proved particularly helpful for stress, leaving clients feeling better able to cope with life's challenges.
    In June 2007 I completed a post-graduate course in Precision Reflexology, a gentle and surprisingly powerful technique, which complements the Morrell method particularly well and enhances treatment by linking appropriate organs and energy centres.
    Both Reflexology and Reiki help to facilitate the body's own healing mechanisms, restore balance and harmony and induce a wonderful feeling of relaxation.


    I hold my Reflexology and Reiki clinic in the heart of Worcester, near to the beautiful Cathedral and the River Severn. It is easily accessible from Malvern, Bromsgrove, Droitwich and Colwall and is just a short walk from Worcester Foregate Street and Worcester Shrub Hill stations.
